I would like to warn everyone here, that it is not always what you download but where you register. For example; with only two edits to the vbulletin forum software your passwords can be logged in plain text. Watch out for sites that do not keep you logged in ie: have to log in each time you visit.

On sites you are unsure of, use a dummy account. Keep your passwords strong and diverse.

I always signup with 123456 password and then change it via email

lol I wonder has someone made a KWWH phishing login page. People are constantly posting links via MSN, shoutboxes etc. It would be really easy to get quiet a few login details that way.

Maybe KWWH could also consider HTTPS login too.

For me, i use same password for most forums/sites. If i need a secure password, i create one by randomly typing on keyboard and set it as "remember me" (of-course i need to reset my password via email if they ask me to enter that password again... )

My password is unique for each site and it is non dictionary gibberish words.
