A filehost cannot be the offcial file host of a warez site obviously... They've got enough legal problems as it is...

I don't said that i will be offical forum of them
I wanna say that if i found anyone then

For file host - that filehost must will be in my all uploader's post
For image host - all uploader will use these image host only {on my forum}

Why not just let the uploaders use wichever one they want?

If everyone uploads in the same one, if it goes down you lose all the images, if they're spread you'll lose some, but you'll keep the rest
