paypal account limited
My problem is this. I'm from El Salvador and I have a paypal account I restricted it, but I have balance in it.
I have registered again with a bill from my country so that I do not happen again esto.y would like to know if I could help with this. If Sabaeans as I can do to get that money to my new account.
