so far i have been with them for 3 years, i have also bought premium, i upload to warez forums and they haven't terminated me.

I heard its when you request money they will then termiante your account.

^I got paid 100$ a couple months back, took them about 2 months to pay but my account was never closed. They gave me 1 year premium instantly though.

Been with them for 4+ years (porn) and never had my account terminated but i no longer upload to them.

They say on their website to "expect payment within 10 days of your request" but it's been 45+ days and still no payment. Horrible customer service and great download speeds for free users is what Megaupload is known for.

Termination only happens when your account has been found as a repeat offender...

If it was terminated before cash out it means you received so many dmca notices that they were able to track down your downloads to your account....

This only happens if you are the stupid ones posting your downloads to "public" sites which allow guests to view posts without registering...

Not everyone gets caught but it happens.

Been with them since 2005 or so I think, +4 years for sure and I have lifetime premium and about 250GB of movies and tv shows with them. So far I havent even had 1 file deleted haha
