Just Installed Fresh TorrentFlux on Fresh Server But Torrents not starting

Hello,

I have installed fresh TorrentFlux B4rT on Centos 5 with kloxo but when i put a torrent to download it dont starts.. I see "Starting" in estimated time.. and the progress is 0%..

I am having this issue for the first time.. does anybody have any idea ?

Checks the Logs....& find out the Problem.....Easy

i just reinstalled whole vps and then it worked fine last time i installed kloxo but this time i installed all needed things manually..
