Guys any chance to remove this limitation from paypal, i realy need this money...

This is my acc...

I dont have Credit Card and in my country paypal not work... but i need PayPal because i must pay hosting and etc.
If anyone can help me i want share this money with him 50/50...

okay if you need it online i can help you verify your account through vcc, and will be able to shop online . i.e you can buy domains and hosting etc. but not be able to withdraw it to your bank. for more info contact me

Edit: Also Paypal didn't support my country as well, but i have verified so i can shop online with no problem...

Paypal aint support his country, so he signed up with another country, that's against their TOS.
