was you using timthumb plugin?

My streaming site got blocked from google for using the plugin, unfortunately i was unable to find it on my theme!

I threw it all and let my cpanel still empty
with the circumstances I do cpanel blank check and the results

I would have to guess one of the links for ads or the site content have the bad url in it.

you can search for that bad url using

grep 'pad-touch.ru' -i

Maybe that will tell you where it is located so you can remove it.
