You can't ignore them. However 95% of the DMCA complains are fake. So if you have a good relation with your datacenter, nothing will happen.

Germany is just as safe for warez linking as NL ( To be honest , doesnt matter what DC you use EVERYONE has to deal with DMCA ) , If your not on Leaseweb or Hetzner.
