Paypal limited my account. how can i resolve this guys?

thanks for your help/reply guys.
problem solve. i just log-in to paypal and redirected to security question and i put my card number, change my security question/password.
i do not know if is still limited or not? they just cancel my withdrawal and my fund that they cancel is still not showing in my account.
