Paypal limited my account. how can i resolve this guys?

thanks for your help/reply guys.
problem solve. i just log-in to paypal and redirected to security question and i put my card number, change my security question/password.
i do not know if is still limited or not? they just cancel my withdrawal and my fund that they cancel is still not showing in my account.

Calling them is your best bet.
If they say you are limited, then you are.
You should have some info on the main page that you are "Limited", I believe.
