Domain problem

I created the website today http://www.movizrls.eu/ and linked it to my domain, but sometimes it doesnt load my website and shows this instead
And than it shows the site again, what could be the problem?

Wait for the DNS to take effect.. It works fine at my end

Yeah but sometimes it loads fine, than sometime it loads the page above. Don't know. So you think its a DNS loading problem?
