VPS doesn't support cyrillic!?

Hi lads! As the title says my VPS doesn't support cyrillic. I got VPS, installed "kloxo" on it, now I'm trying to install DLE in Russian language but it show me this


On my shared hosting everything is fine, displays correctly. I didn't use VPS with Russian language before, maybe I need to configure something on server? In kloxo? Does enyone know how to make server display Cyrillic? I'm not good in server configuration.

It's not about VPS ... its about coding learn about that first.

OK. then why on one server it displays correctly and on another I get this? Same CMS files. Please give more info! Thanks.

I didn't find it in kloxo! However I've fixed it buy commenting this line "AddDefaultCharset UTF-8" in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf.
