    Default How would I go about opening up a radio site?

    I know its software such as shout-cast but how could I go about doing it all?

    Could I purchase a small VPS and then install the software that is needed? Is the software free or do I need to purchase license software too?

    Any suggestions for a shout-cast provider that is affordable and reliable?
