[Paid work] Restore WP backup made from plugin

Well i made the backup using "Wordpress complete backup" and now im unable to restore it back using this plugin . I have less knowledge regarding WP on how to restore backup using plugins

I want to restore the backup on same shared hosting on which i have another site

let me know if anyone can do it

if you can tell me the type of backup is it compressed if so it will be easier than it`s said some ssh lines and it will be restored
