Template post issue

Can someone give me some help?
My template is weird when I access to post page:

Im using same template that I use in this website:

http://funparties.jdanswers.com/keeping-the-surprise-in-a-surprise-party/

Any suggestions how to fix this?
Im out of ideas.

Removing that "5" fixes the issue.
