    back in january, we had the megaupload problem
    and now, we got the paypal problem

    The paypal problem has been there all this months on and off with filehosts after the megaupload event. Nothing new.

    That's not because of them.

    Paypal just doesn't want to struggle with mass refunds. After MU, FS, FSC case people refunded a lot of money. That's why Turbobit and Netload don't have any troubles with PP - they have a refund policy that allows uploaders to earn from sales after 30/45 days they have been purchased.

    I disagree with you. If user ask for refund and filehost refund, paypal will have no problem. The problem came from many filehost deny to refund then paypal suspend filehost account.

    Turbobit or Netload or whatever have refund policy because they protect them self. They don't want to pay to uploader in advance.

    It isn't because mass refund.
    Banana of the neighbor's house is always delicious.
