Well, They are BIG Hosting Companies, You cant tell what they will do the Next Day !
They also give Hosting for so Cheap Prices + High Quality ! (But No Illegal Stuff)
So is COMMON Sense that they have to somehow make Profit !
So they keep SETUP CHARGES too !
Thats why their Hosting comes Cheap, because they make their profit from the Setup Price, as no one likes to Suffer a Loss !
