I'm looking to buy Quad Core/Xeon Windows based VPS that's located in either the Netherlands or Luxembourg. The only condition: the processor got to be fast and powerful. I don't need much space, it can be the minimum available.

for Luxembourg the only one is server.lu , all people you find here and using LU servers are reselling server.lu directly or indirectly through another reseller.

For NL there are Leaseweb, Worldstream, Ecatel (bit unprofessional)

Leaseweb is the biggest player out there.
