I already have a dedicated server in Netherlands but I am thinking of transferring to some Indian provider due to the paypal issue in India.

What I am paying now:

CPU: 4 cores, xeon 3440 (8 cores with hyper threading)
RAM: 16 GB
HDD: 2*1 TB (Raid 1)
BW: 10 TB

Paying: 140 euro/mo (around 190 $).

I need the sever in Netherlands only or somewhere with no DMCA problem.
