How to transfer filehost linkings to self-domain safelinkings?

I see on some wordpress blogs they converted the HotFile, FileServe, FileSonic ...etc links to thier own self-domain links.
For example:

http://hotfile.com/dl/99999/test/ABC.part1.rar.html 
http://www.fileserve.com/file/9999test/ABC.part1.rar.html 
http://www.filesonic.com/file/9999/ABC.part1.rar.html

convert to

http://XXXXX.com/dl/HF-ABC.part1.rar
http://XXXXX.com/dl/FS-ABC.part1.rar
http://XXXXX.com/dl/FSO-ABC.part1.rar

And the links can still be loaded by JDownloader or Mipony.
I saw they not only converted the new links but also converted their old links which were few hundred pages.
May I know how to do this? Are there some scripts or plugins?
