Just Got a DMCA Notice About WWE Shows

I got these, tossed them, they sent to host and I had to delete posts ,

if your host doesnt care abt dmca , you can ignore it , if "no" you may have to do what they said.

Good lord, my site is behind the revers proxy and my domain is registered by anonymous registrar. The companies dont know the the contact details of my website and hence no DMCAs

It was the same notice and from the same person as mentioned in Humour's Post.

I guess i don't need to ban/suspend the poster's account.

But what about the section that they are asking my to take down?

Im pretty sure there are other posts with the same content on your site or someone else will post it.

I never said i have any problem in deleting some posts.

The main purpose of starting this thread is that the i was demanded to Remove a Whole Section and to ban a user.

I just wanted to ask other guys who may have dealt with the same DMCA.

Well since he is hosted in Germany, he must comply with any and all DMCA's. If he was hosted in a different country he wouldn't have to worry about DMCA's because a select number of countries ignore complaints.

I get massive amounts of DMCA notices from WWE, but I just remove the content since it'll get re-submitted by a user or bot a few days later anyway.
