i have a VPS with excellent disk i/o and encodes at great FPS.I can send you a demo .its been paid till 30 Sept 2011. It costs 50USD per month.it has 15 SASK Drives which are ideal for encoding.

here are the specs
200GB HDD
4 GB RAM
1GBIT Line(Usually get 12-15 mbit/s on FSC)
it runs a registered windows.
