    This is the most complex mybb plugin I have tried 4 times with no luck the other plugins were easy to install. The plugin I need installed is Newpoints it is a rep system

    It tells you how to INSTALL and MANAGE the plugin... Nobody is gonna work on your site for free you may as well just learn to do it yourself or pay somebody.
