    Default PayPal sending payment problem

    Hello,
    I am trying to send money from my PayPal account, I get an error and after I contacted PayPal they said me that my debit card provider is not allowing the payment to go
    After I contacted my bank they said that I need to register my Visa card online before I could use it for online shopping
    my card provider: Axis
    card type: debit card, Visa
    where I can register my Visa as my bank said
    I am from India

    verified by visa is the option but in india debit card paypal not accepted there only credit card accepted by paypal

    Samething happen with me....so i created Entropay acc...and loaded money with my Axis debit card..and verified my acc with entropay vcc..and now i can send money to anyone...

    yea, tried it myself with a friend's account some months ago

    it was successfully verified but then when he was about to send a payment the account got limited "for unusual activity" and they asked for the CC statement although the payment was sent from balance not the VCC

    I think EntroPay provides online statements too mate, so I think you could provide them the statement
