Suggest me best seller of Evoswitch DC or other.

I am sure you won't get a Dual CPU config with 100TB for such a price range.
I think it will cost around 300-400Euros including VAT if you are from EU

Not really, they will nickel and dime you to oblivion, charging for OS reinstallations, or even installing the OS sanely the first time costs min. 100€. 4 drives, no softraid, first drive only partitioned as FULL to root meaning you cannot easily even convert it to have a large SoftRAID 0/1/5/10 containing all drives
