200 GB Disk Space (atleast 100 GB )
20000 GB Data Transfer (atleast 10 TB )
2048 MB RAM (atleast 1.5 Gb Ram)
1 Gbps Network Connection

i will be using VPS for SBorg , Rapidleech (Personal)

Also need with good support

Budget : 30$ ( If More also Ok i will check with the price )
Location: USA - prefereed (OR) Netherlands
Payment Method : Alertpay (preffered) (OR) Paypal

Note : i will use it for rar and unrar also (uses More CPU)

Your budget and the resources you need are not possible, No provider would be able to offer this at such a low cost.

Yes, this is a impossible mission mate, believe me. Increase your budget and share with someone else a Leaseweb server maybe.
