Help needed - Dedicated + RL

Sry for my bad English.

Im a noob so any help with details are welcome.

I have a dedicated windows based OVH server.Instaled OS are windovs server edition 2008 64bit.I have instaled WAMP server on it and added Rapidleech.
My rapidleech works (dload,upload).Im acccessing my RL trough mozilla (http://localhost/Rapidleech).

server files dloaded with my RL when I copy link location have this adress:

example:

http://localhost/Rapidleech/files/test-file.rar

and when I try to dload it from my home PC they dont work.

What and how i can setup that i get a proper link to download on another PC like from other RL services ?

If I need a domain I have a free domain on NameSilo.com.

example:

myblabla.net

A step by step guide will be very appreciated.

Just to add :its for private purpose only.

just open the port 80 or disable the firewall on the server and then visit replace the localhost with your servers ip

Just need another guide. How can I set up that my server IP dont apear in dload links instead of server IP taht I have some others like private or so ?
