Yup Not worth very much since it is a no follow link. Its not going to provide any seo benefits for the buyer except if they want a more diverse backlink portfolio

wouldn't say its not worth anything - backlinks can provide traffic, they can diversify your backlink profile and help to build your brand. If you can take these links free don't wait for it and take them.

As greenhornet says, nofollow links are still useful. There keeping the profiles diverse, such as is viewable from many website is very important.. Especially if you believe in audits.

Though, I'm not sure if I would put a value on them.

PR8 and uff course they would be "no follow".
It could be worth if your link is visible somewhere on there site where other visitors can view it easily, might get you some good amount of traffic but you won't get any high pr rank on the next update.
