Need Some Help with Posts page

hello Guys i am Tring to make a Posts page in my website allskip.com
I have a Static page tho, but when i make a new page and when i convert that new page into Posts page, flash player start to show up on the Posts page and when i Remove the Posts page, then it works fine.

here is the Posts page Error It's Showing Goddammed Flash Player X_X someone plz tell me how to Fix this Problem....
