    Default [Wanted] Server Optimization

    Hey,
    My server has been pretty slow in the past few weeks and I havent had much time to learn to optimize it myself, so I'm looking for someone who can.

    The server stats:
    Intel Core i7 920
    8192 MB DDR3 RAM
    500 GB 7.200 RPM
    linux - Debian 5
    cPanel/WHM installed


    What I'm looking for is optimizing the entire server to maximum performance and to harden security.

    I'm looking for someone who is both respected and reputable on KWWH.

    what kind of server do you have?
    and are you sure it is the server itself and not your provider?
    also sometimes, maybe all it is is that you need to upgrade b/c maybe what you have is low end and your sites need something better.

    The server is actually pretty good. Updated the first post with more info.
    and as for the provider, its worldstream. Now, it could be their fault but I doubt it.
