Actually, now it works too mate. I've submitted using www.platinumw.org/submit/submit.php form and it worked

My tip:

Instead of having one category (porn), you could have more.. like:
Amateur, DVD's, Anal, Strip etc etc.. (those where just ideas, im no expert in the topic )
