Indeed, it's better you purchase it from a well known company than from some noobish hosts around KWWH, look what's happening nowdays.

Well, i'd say you go with 100tb or go straight with DC's, it's much better that way.

Since you want it managed you may have to pay a little extra.
try openvservers.com for something in germany that is managed for you (of course paying extra).

There's also leaseweb, ecatel, worldstream, etc.

For us, there's limestonenetworks, fdcservers, hostdime, singlehop, hostgator, and a bunch of others that I can't think of lol.

Just check webhosting talk, since it was just a holiday there may be some good sales going on.
