i need a new banner for my forum and a banner to put on other sites.

i would like the new banner to be around 480 pixels wide and 100 tall.
i would like the banner to post on other sites to be 800*100

my current banner can be seen at the bottom of this post. i would like it prominent that there are two zero's between the S and P. i would like it to keep the same style of text but have some cool gfx added or something. kinda tron-esk

basically i want it kind of like my current banner but more stylized and professional looking. it was done quickly and can be seen that it has.

i will pay $15 dollars via paypal for both the banner and ad banner. since i want two different sized entities. if you feel that the price is too cheap for the work, just pm me. im not mean, we can negotiate an extra bit of cash.

the two zeros is a monicker. it started out as a joke and then went from there. my community is spun off of another tragic even that cause everyone to migrate to my forum. its hard to explain.
