Porn site- worth it?

Hi all, probably not the first topic on this subject but I can't find a recent one so I am going to ask this in a new topic.

My mate and I are planning to create out own porn tube. We are planning to make a site like xnxx.com

We are planning to use Adult Video Script and videos from xvideos.com

I have been pretty keen on the idea but I just read on another form that one person is selling their website and they get 15 000 unique visitors /day and may around $30 a day.

I don't really want to spend a shit load of time on making a porn tube is I'm in for around $30 per day. My mate and I are expecting allot of work and quiet a bit of waiting time to see profits.

Could anyone give any speculation on what to expect in regards to hours spent, cost and expected profits?

Ya its worth it, I just started http://yxes.org and im getting easily 300/UV a day with no advertising done whats so ever! with a little bit of work and time it can be done! good luck to ya

I am bit skeptical about porn tubes. Sounds bit risky with companies might complaint but then again, you make it big provided, you do everything right!

Go for another script, AVS isn't that good, i would suggest Adult Script Pro It's better because you can monetize it better. And you should upload your videos to your server, don't go for embed videos, they will disappear soon from your site and your visitors will not be happy. Make it as unique as possible, buy a custome theme and your visitors will come back the next day. Add as much content as you can! If you add HD content the more visitors you will have.

Do On-Page SEO before you launch the site, but do it good, check every keyword, search for keywords and add them, check for html errors and so on.

Unless you have good means to gain traffic, I wouldn't start it. 300 uniques a day with porn is pure crap, honestly. When I was working with porn sites, I averaged 50-100k uniques a day easily. I used a few tricks here and there that no longer work, but, overall porn traffic is super easy to get. 300 is nothing, as it's the one area where you need huge traffic to gain any money. Take for example xhamster, which partnership program pays $2-3 for 1000 uniques visitors sent to their sites. Not even CPM banner ads, just pure visitors.

That said, it can be goldmine if you know what you're doing. But if you're new, it's going to be a long road.

Raise a refund claim if u paid with paypal mate. And i suggest you knownsrv.com for hosting. The guy is very supportive and excellent servers too. Just my 2 cents.
