There's also free and legit non-dmca stuff in there, but instead of going for the links that are actually dmca (maybe), FSn goes and kills everything without checking.

Enjoy still having an account man, and, above all things, go read their Terms of Service.
If they want, they CAN delete EVERY SINGLE ACCOUNT, from people confessing they've uploaded copyright infringing material, deny payout, and what not, and YOU PERSONALLY AGREED TO THAT. Since you still have your account, be happy. And again, read their TOS.
Just think how dumb you look, to someone who understands what is written in TOS....

Well, that is not a secret, just read their, or anyone elses TOS, it's there to be read.
They can terminate any account at their sole discretion. I've basically gave them advice, to not come in public, saying that they upload warez, and their files got deleted with digital fingerprint. That can only lead to either ignoring that post, or banning that account, certainly Hish won't undelete those files, and say: oh, good boy, here, lemme extend your premium account. So, wtf is the point is screaming then? This is not a moaning thread, it's support thread.
