Yesterday, I was uploaded 37 Tv-Shows, All filesonic link deleted within 2-3 hrs by Filesonic Digital Fingerprint, For that I got 00000 Sales from last 24 hrs.

i think you have a point complaining about backups of legit software that shouldn't be deleted and that there's no control how vobile choose if a file is copyrighted (mayors adds to the database the fingerprints they want.. without any legal control)..but don't use privacy for this... they don't look in your files... ita method that extract an unique identifier of the content.. not the file... for example if you have a tv episode recorded in 3 different ways with different filters that 3 videos have the same digital fingerprint...
all the mayors find the digital fingerprint of their contentsand add them to vobile database...
when they get a new file they calculate the digital fingerprint, send a request to vobile servers that search if it's in its database...if there is tells filesonic the file is copyrighted and they delete it... no privacy violation... no look in your files...

edit: it's also stupid complaining about it like an issue... it's not an issue.. it's what they want... try to fight the piracy (probably they are the only filesystem that do something really strong about it) and they have stronger methods to detect copyrighted contents
ok for backups but complaining because your copyrighted files get deleted is really pointless...
