We try to fix issues with transactions and then we will do soon recurring payment through 2CO as well

No. 90% of 1 year premiums have been proved scams in the past so we will not activate this option.

we try to set rebills with the new system of 2CO as well... So if we can't set subscriptions we will let you know. But for the moment we try to have subscriptions again

That would be nice, but I think that in the mean time you have to inform your customers, either by mail or a message on the site.

Soon, their premiums will expire and they will see no rebill. If they know what's going on, they hopefully will extend their account manually.

If they don't know about the problems, they most likely will NOT do this, because they will fear that the rebill is delayed and that they will pay twice

Anyway, a bit of communication with your paying customers is always a polite way of doing business
