I read the TOS and is allowed have two accounts with two different tariffs.

1) Can i use the same WMZ on both accounts (with different tariffs) and not be banned?
2) Can i cancel/delete one account?

1)You can use the same account webmoney if your accounts are not referral and at different tariffs
2)no, accounts can not be removed
