Looking for partner(s) to start a Scene Release site

I have a bunch of really nice domains for either an only TV release site or an all-around site: scenereleasesource.com, tv-rip.com, hdtvtoday.com, thelatestshows.com

Anyways I'm looking to start up a site that will be updated daily with the latest releases. Ideally I would like to develop a script to do it automatically.

I have ~$400 to invest in this project and tons of time.

There could be massive rewards for a project like this, just look at sites like dedicatedtv.net

atm what I need: coder, designer, and people with lots of sources + more

I'm looking for people who are really interested in doing this and can invest with me. I have a lot of really good ideas which I'm not going to list but you should be able to bring creativity to the table as well.

well I'm looking for someone with really advanced designing/coding skills who can create a 100% unique interface and ultra-light forum software as well that would match the rest of the site.

That's far too much work. Do you've any idea how much work is involved with that. Why not get an existing script, modify it and make a new skin and later if the site takes off then design and code a custom script.
This is what generally happens. eg ImgCenter was based on a free script and when it got popular Elio got a custom script made.

Also notice this:
Dedicated TV 4.1 powered by: lighttpd, PHP and MySQL. Bertie, phpBB, WordPress, Gallery2 and MediaWiki.
See they started with version one which was a free script and then started adding to it and modifying it with more free scripts.

That's fair enough. That's a far better idea. It's just when you said "and ultra-light forum software" I though you wanted that coded too. Best of luck with it so.
