well.. still only premium members will be able to download your file because it is over than 400 mb..

that Premium setting on sidebar, I suppose it is for whom requested to be able to set "Premium Only" setting for any file..

I mean if you contact filesonic and request enabling "premium only" feature for any size of files.. and you will have that custom setting..
I think they ask for which sites you post your links.. if you post to forums, most possibly they won't enable that feature for you..

I've asked them to enable, as I have my own blog.. and they haven't returned yet
