You can run sBorg on windows vps. There's a XAMPP bundle that's created by us to serve that purpose. However, Linux is preferred.

Then use the windows installer. We provide transmission for windows with the bundle aswell. You can choose what you need from transmissions GUI menu.

For me, i always found filesonic to be slightly faster on Europe servers.
