Currently it's have link shorting site, but without huge traffic,
I want something that really bring good traffic to this domain.

Why not start a website about your hobbies and what you enjoy doing in life? Install wordpress, install a custom theme, and go from there.

If C0U actually meant something (it probably does - but I'm not familiar with it) you could easily make a site about that certain topic. But if it doesn't, such domains are always good for usage as your own DNS, CDN, etc.
