I have a Linux VPS with vStarVPS.
I hired a Linux VPS, along also I hired an additional IP, in order to use the configuration WHM / cPanel.
I'm waiting for several days and so far the ip was not released, I'm being harmed, by it does not answer my support tickets.

Sorry if there are typos, I live in Brazil, I can not speak both English.

Have you tried to contact them about the issue? If so, what did they say?

I need to deliver Linux VPS urgent for my client, already tried everything, I sent several tickets, e-mail, I can not get in touch by phone, live in Brazil, I do not speak English. =\

Hi mate,

You can still config the vps to use one IP for both nameservers.

You can change it once you get your additional second IP.

Unless you want the IP for something else?

Can I set the ns1 and ns2 with the same ip? In case the main server ip?
