Do you have any control panel software installed on your VPS? Usually when you install any control panel, they automatically install MySQL, PHP, Apache, ect.

There are some kind people here on KWWH who regularly do these things for free, on the other hand Fedora isn't a very popular OS for webhosting so it might require some extra expertese, and yes I agree with vps9Rya if your planning on owning/running your own VPS you should at least know (or wanting to learn) how to manage it!
