i use this host company from about 8-9 months

i have some problem from 50% of this time...

i have changed the company but i have chose buzhost that in reality it's the same company

sometimeago someone had ask in chat if someone have this host and if someone can give some info about this....

in chat i say "i use this company and in the past i had some problem...my site it's offline 50% of the time"

at this point in chat someone of this company attack me...

"you are a troll" etc..etc...

but i have a lot (hundred) of email to support and hundred of answer like this

"excuse me...we have a ddos attack"
"excuse me ...we need a not scheduled manteinance"
"excuse me site will back online asap"

etc...etc...

for 2 months i have not problem

this months site go offline much time

you can see the knowsrv thread and you can see the situation...


then...in a day i had write

"someone have problem today or only my site is down?"

after 5 minutes i am banned

all must know that : when one company have a thread or a banne here on KWWH u cant see a negative post pr someone that not talk positive about this company

they pay the site then noone can say nothing about this company... (negative comment)

i'm not an idiot

i know all the company have problem sometimes and i dont know if knowsrv it's the best or it's a shit company

but i know who talk in KWWH in name of knowsrv (i ont know if he is the owner or not) don't know how talk to the client, no respect etc..etc...


ps. this months knowsrv have some problem becouse they see not much money $$$$ on shared and then they want sell vps plan !!!
there is much sites that go down without a reason !!!!

1) noone say there is a limit of 500 mb ram when they sell shared or 20 php process...or 30% of cpu (i can use only 15% of cpu or my site go down !!!!!!!)
2) sites in other company that use some resource when there is on knowsrv use 2xor 3x resource...
3)if u open a ticket they say u need a vps plan...for example all knowsrv go offline for 2 hour this week...when the site go back...it give an error...on the ticket they say it's resource usage of my sites the reason of offline time....

i want write this thread but in the thread of knowsrv krunix say i MUST open a thread and talk about this

Sales threads aren't supposed to be used for discussing troubles and issues. You can solve everything through support tickets. Apparently KnowSrv offered you a refund as you don't like the service they provide but you insisted on making more troubles and ruin their reputation.. What would you expect other than a ban?

knowsrv say to use ticket system...but in ticket they only say that the site have resource problem...

becouse if 100% of server go down there is other reason...like this week they say a ddos attack (in KWWH thread) but in tivket they talk about resource usage...

First off, KnownSRV never had 50% downtime on shared hosting. In the worst month(I call it a DDoS month) we had about 96% uptime on shared hosting ONLY. You were updated in every support ticket, if there is a DDoS what else were you expecting us to say?

If you require more resources, control, stability... you clearly need a VPS. Every KnownSRV server is profitable except newly bought servers(those need around 1-2 to make them worth it). At shared hosting we need to put much much more $3 accounts per server. On shared hosting you basically get 512MB RAM, 30% CPU and 20 PHP processes(refer to KnownSRV's TOS). What else do you expect from shared hosting?

I wouldn't say I'm rude. I just don't play games, I'm a straight shooter. I will always tell you how it is, take the blame if/when it's deserved. If you don't like it, then don't do the business with KnownSRV. You were offered a refund multiple times, but from some crazy unknown reason you don't want to accept it. On the other side, you keep bashing the brand on a public forums.

EDIT: KnownSRV doesn't have ANY ads here, we don't pay anything.
EDIT2: You are hosted under BuzzHost, they have a dedicated set of staff. KnownSRV does NOT provide support for BuzzHost. KnownSRV do NOT answer your tickets and KnownSRV did NOT tell you anything.

You've been banned for trolling the sales thread, you created another account after that and trolled the same thread again. Be happy I didn't increase your ban to a permanent one. This type of shit isn't tolerated here, especially when host provider already offered you a refund.

Ok mate let me lay this out for you :

KnownSrv aka Krun!x is one of the best sys admins around the offshore hosting business. He works with CL ( CloudLinux ) ... How it works : each tenant is isolated in their own lightweight virtualized environments (LVE) and given a predetermined amount of resources. So in simple terms you go over Krun!x's limit your site goes down without screwing the server up for everyone else , Now dont you think that 512mb of ram is a fair amount for $3 and so is 30% CPU .... People like you dont understand that running a shared server is very hard to manage if you have abusers.
