Sales threads aren't supposed to be used for discussing troubles and issues. You can solve everything through support tickets. Apparently KnowSrv offered you a refund as you don't like the service they provide but you insisted on making more troubles and ruin their reputation.. What would you expect other than a ban?

knowsrv say to use ticket system...but in ticket they only say that the site have resource problem...

but it's not real...
becouse if 100% of server go down there is other reason...like this week they say a ddos attack (in KWWH thread) but in tivket they talk about resource usage...

im' not an idiot...i know all shared hosting can go down sometimes...
i write this only becouse knowsrv say im a troll and it's not real the sites hosted go down etc..etc...

ps. they offer me a refound of what?

or they refound to me the time that i must work for transfer at other host?? (backup, chose another host, transfer...etc..etc...)

I think he only pays for a Shared hosting. Got no Problem here on VPS about 6months.

then i think if you pay for a ban you can call a moderator and ask for a ban
