A little SEO help

Hello all,

I have a forum running on phpbb forum script. I have installed a phpbb-seo Ultimate URL mod.

Its installed perfectly, but I am poor with .htaccess part and hence cant set the correct settings.

So I want to request someone here to please help me and set correct settings for it.

Will really be grateful to who ever helps me.
