there is ppl that say "you not understand then i close this thread"

this ppl can do this only becouse he pay this site????


they dont understand that there is some problem that knowsrv have and much pll say it...

they can only say..."you not undestand and i close the thread"

they not understand that when there is a ddos attck it's not a resource problem....

but they say "you not understand i close the thread"

IF SOMEONE SAY THAT HAVE A PROBLEM IN THE KNOWSRV THREAD YOU SAY TO NOT TALK ABOUT PROBLEM IN A SELLING THREAD

IF SOMEONE OPEN A THREAD FOR TALK ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH KNOWSRV YOU CLOSE THE THREAD BECOUSE YOU SAY THE PROBLEM IS NOT OF KNOWSRV BUT OF MY SITE THAT USE TOO MUCH RESOURCE (NOT DDOS ATTACK NOT OFFLINE PROBLEM ETC..ETC..)

THEN NOONE CAN TALK ABOUT PROBLEM WITH YOUR COMPANY

i think the best solution is mantain a thread...ppl can wsay if they have problem or they tink knowsrv it's the best

and ppl can read and have an idea

if you really do a good job and offer a good service you must be very happy of a thread with 1-2 ppl with pproblem and 1000 that think you are the best company in the world...

I defo agree with you, because clients can't post how good the company is but
not how bad it is the moment it's said it's bad the thread started makes a report
and says "this is not a support thread" because they can't handle bad replies in public.

Make another section and force each hosting company to have a feedback/support
thread here in KWWH it would make things a lot more easier and more fair.
