I have same problem as CuraHack. But I really don't mind as I'm using max. 400MB. But well, I just opened site again so we will see.

Anyway, thank you all for your hard work. Not every host would do that. And I tried a lot of hosts in past years. So really hands down for you.

Just lost all my data, and a few questions come to my mind:

1 - Why the fuck didn't you have an offsite backup of your databases
2 - Why didn't you patch WMHCS straight away? They released it on the 1st of december. It's your fault for not updating it right away.

Pretty appalling considering how much you were flaming Rapidspeeds before.

We have two remote backups sadly they were linked via the breached API system,

Secondly, both patches were applied to WHMCS the day they were released, We understand the anger in clients right now but clients should also be backing up critical data.
