PHP / MySQL / IRC Developers

I'm searching for a developer that knows his way around PHP, MySQL and IRC.
I have a website fully set up, grabbing release names from irc and posting them. I just need a developer to make changes and modifications.

Reward: $$$ for good work

Experience: You don't have to be a pro, but know what you are doing is required

I need a coder that has some free time on their hands, so that it doesn't take them 12-24 hrs to reply to a mail, and that they are on irc whenever they use the computer in order to talk and discuss. Depending on how quickly and how professionally you get shit done, I will also higher the price, and if you continue to do awesome work, I'll continue to pay. In other words, a project you could really earn some extra cash by doing.

Hopefully there is somebody out there available to replace my current coder, as he is getting less time day by day, and it took him 3 days to reply to my last mail and his mail wasn't even an understandable one.

how deep in coding are you looking for?

Meaning how hard would the code be that you expect

The current coder has the scripts running off the irc channel up and running on the server. I personally haven't seen the scripts, but he recently lost all his scripts, and had to re-download and re-organize and it didn't take that long before he finished coding a feature, suggesting it's not all greek. I don't know if that helps...

What I need is specifically correcting a few bugs, creating a user-registration system, and adding a few small handy features.

a preview of part of the php code would help determine what kind of job it will be as depending on how complex his code is it could take more time for someone to understand..

Anyway from what you described i cannot help anymore not that i cant its just its a bigger job then i thought... n dont want to be full on with another member system
