    Default how to upgrade smf 2.0 RC3 to smf 2.0 ?

    Hello, i own a smf board which version is 2.0 RC3. i want to upgrade it now to stable version 2.0.

    How can i do that upgradation without loss of any data ?

    how much time need ?

    can anybody tell me the easiest procedure please ?

    and i have cpanel hosting .
